◊By completing and returning this form, I agree to abide by
the rules and regulations set forth by the Carolina
Collector Auto Fest (CCAF) and the NC State Fairgrounds
as they may be amended from time to time. CCAF
Participant Rules:
◊Participants may setup on Thursday from 7am until 9pm
and on Friday from 7am- 10am. Large Rigs and Trailers
will setup from 7am-10am on Thursday. CCAF will assist
with move-in whenever possible. Move-in after 10 Friday
by hand truck only.
◊Participants should not tear down any spaces or move
any vehicles during show hours and while spectators are
on the floor. (THIS INCLUDES CAR CORRAL!) Teardown
should not begin prior to 3pm on Sunday afternoon due to
complaints from spectators.. Vendors leaving early may
forfeit their reserved indoor spaces at future events.
◊The CCAF reserves the right to move vendor spaces to
better facilitate traffic flow or vendor displays. New
vendors requesting end-cap spaces must reserve three
(3) or more spaces in a row. No new single space exhibits
on end-caps.
◊Cars in the Car Corral must not be cranked / started while
inside buildings. Cars must be pushed anytime spectators
are on the floor. We request that vehicles not be removed
during show hours if possible.

◊ Vendor is responsible for any tax, licenses, fees, or
other obligations as required for doing business by state
law. Exhibitor is solely responsible for the space
assigned. The Promoter nor the property owner is
responsible and will be held harmless from any loss or
theft to any person or damages thereto.
◊Liability: The Carolina Collector Auto Fest (CCAF), the NC
State Fairgrounds, their officers, agents, representatives,
or anyone else associated with the event will not be liable
for any known or unknown damages, injuries, losses,
judgments, and/or claims for any causes whatsoever that
may be suffered by an entrant or participant, or to their
persons or property. The event will be held rain or shine.
There will be no rain dates or refunds of any portion of the
entrance or vendor fees. No Alcohol Allowed.
◊Pets- Sm. Pets on leash or carried only. NO pets in Car
Show or Car Corral Areas. Large pets not allowed. Owner
may be liable for damage!
◊This form must be signed to ensure your
acknowledgement of the Carolina Collector Auto Fest
Rules and to ensure your participation in the event.
