--By completing and returning this form, I agree to abide by the rules
and regulations set forth by the Carolina Collector Auto Fest (CCAF)
and Myrtle Beach Speedway as they may be amended from time to
time. CCAF Participant Rules:
--Participants may setup on Thursday from 7am until 7pm. Large
Rigs and Trailers will setup from 7am-11am. CCAF will assist with
move-in whenever possible. NO STAKES IN PAVEMENT- $100 fine
from Speedway!
--Participants are requested not to tear down any spaces during
show hours and spectators are in the show areas. Teardown can
begin at 3 pm on Saturday afternoon. Vendors leaving early may
forfeit their reserved spaces at future events.
--The CCAF reserves the right to move vendor spaces to better
facilitate traffic flow or vendor displays. Vendors requesting
end-cap spaces must reserve three (3) or more spaces in a row.
No new single space exhibits on end-caps.

--Vehicles, if moved, must be moved slowly and drivers should be
mindful of spectators at all times.
-- Parking: Vendor's personal vehicles may park in the infield
parking area
--Liability: The Carolina Collector Auto Fest (CCAF), Myrtle Beach
Speedway, their officers, agents, representatives, or anyone else
associated with the event will not be liable for any known or
unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims for
any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant or
participant, or to their persons or property. The event will be held
rain or shine. There will be no rain dates or refunds of any portion
of the entrance or vendor fees.
--This form must be signed to ensure your acknowledgement of the
Carolina Collector Auto Fest Rules and to ensure your participation
in the event. Payment indicates agreement with all
terms/conditions of the event as set forth above.
